Times and dates can be flexible to suit couples attending

You will be taught:

• Deep relaxation, self hypnosis and visualisation techniques
• The simple yet specific HypnoBirthing breathing techniques
• Massage techniques designed to release endorphins
• Fear-release methods to overcome any concerns about the birth and future parenting skills
• Effective birthing positions
• Basic physiology of birth
• Methods of bonding with your baby prior to birth
• And much more........

Please book well in advance to avoid diappointment as course tend to fill quickly. Groups are kept small enough (2-3 couples) to ensure that individual needs are met and that techniques are mastered so that you can have confidence in your ability to give birth using HypnoBirthing.
